Please note: A board meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education to discuss agenda items in front of the public. Individuals who desire to present an item to the Board at a meeting must be on the agenda. Anyone requesting to appear before the Board or have an item placed on the agenda must notify the Superintendent's office in writing stating the item to be discussed and the name of the speaker at least 24 hours prior to the regular meeting. Remarks will be limited to the maximum of three (3) minutes and discussion will be on items listed in the written request. Groups will be required to designate a spokesperson.
