Archbold is asking residents in Thomas, Brooks, Grady and Mitchell counties to participate in an online survey to share their feedback regarding health care needs and concerns as part of its Community Health Needs Assessment.

"We encourage everyone in the community to work together to improve our community's health status, " explains Todd Bennett, Archbold Clinical Outreach Manager. "The input we receive through this survey from community members will help provide a road map for those efforts."

As a non-profit health system, Archbold is required to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment of its service area every three years.

Information derived from the survey responses will be used in addressing barriers, allocating resources and assets and determining opportunities to support.

The online survey is completely anonymous—no one can connect you to your answers. The survey, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete, is accessible through April 30 via Archbold's website. Participants must be 18 years or older and live in Thomas, Brooks, Grady or Mitchell County.
