The Pelham City Board of Education has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 3.15 percent.
All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings on this tax increase to be held at the Pelham City Schools Board Room, 203 Mathewson Avenue, Pelham, Georgia on
Thursday - November 15, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. and 6:30 P.M.

Friday - November 23, 2018 at 11:30 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
This tentative increase will result in a millage rate of 10.515 mills, an increase of .321 mills. Without this tentative tax increase, the millage rate will be no more than 10.194 mills.
The proposed tax increase for a home with a fair market value of $75,000 is approximately $9.63 and the proposed tax increase for non-homestead property with a fair market value of $50,000 is approximately $6.42.
